Description
XK-700 is a multiple enzyme preparation and designed for solving the stickiness issues in the recycled fiber paper. This compound enzyme is utilized in the crushing section or the concentrated pulp of waste paper. By effectively hydrolyzing the ester bond of vinyl acetate (PVAC) in stickiness, components of stickiness become water-soluble low-molecular substances such as alcohols. The hydrolyzates disperse steadily on the fiber surface, promoting surface passivation and reducing viscosity, greatly decreasing the possibility of agglomerating into large stickiness particles.
Stickiness removal enzyme XK-700 effectively reduces the wasted anionic content in the system, enhances the efficacy of chemicals with positive charge. The hydrolysates attached on the fiber surface are taken out of the system by following the paper sheets without compromising paper quality. Reduction of stickiness particle deposition in the system effectively decreases Stickiness obstacles caused by stickiness deposition and aggregation.
