Sterilizing and Deodorizing Agent
Description
General
In course of the closed cycling of the white water of paper machine system, the organics such as fiber fines and starch in the white water will breed a lot of bacteria such as anaerobion and lactobacillus. The growth of anaerobion and lactobacillus must cause the fermentation and the souring of white water and the alteration of paper. To guarantee the quality of paper, we were the first to successfully develop the XK-301 series sterilizing and deodorizing agent which is a compound and quick sterilizing agent with functions of sterilization, deodorization, decoloration, cleaning and retention. It has high efficiency and low toxicity without pollution to the environment. It is a very powerful sterilizing and deodorizing agent used in the fields such as acid and neutral papermaking and industrial circulating water.
Method of Usage
In pulping process: add the product equal to 0.5-0.8‰ of the weight of bone-dry paper into the inlet or outlet of Cl sieve (between the sediment plate and the jigging sieve). This dosage may be increased or reduced according to the
production method and the dosage of the user or determined by our after-sales service personnel according to actual circumstances.

V. Storage and transport
- This product is stored in a aerated and dry place and protected against moisture, water, rain and fire. It is
transported with common transport vehicle.
VI. Precautions
- It is recommended to wear protection equipment in operation and avoid contact with eyes. If it enters into eyes, please rinse it with clean water immediately and seek medical advice.
