XK-501 bactericide is a new product we developed as per the Japanese patent. It has a good solubility and other advantages such as high efficiency, broad spectrum, low toxicity and non-pollution. It is applicable to acid, neutral and alkaline papermaking as well as art paper and coating.

Technical indices
- Appearance: light yellow or colorless liquid
- Specific gravity (20℃): 1.15±0.1
- PH value: 1-5
- Solubility: soluble with water, pulp and coating in any proportion
Applicable position
- It is added into the dosing basin, the machine chest, the slushing chamber or the white water basin in paper making
process. It is added into the coating dispersion tank in production of art paper.
IV. Dosage and usage
- Normally 250-500g per ton of bone-dry paper, 300-1000g per ton of absolute dry coating. The precise dosage shall be determined by the after-sales service personnel according to the measured content of bacteria. It is continuously dropped or intermittently added according to different pulping technology.

Packing
- It is packed in a non-toxic plastic barrel of 25kg or 200kg or as per the requirement of the customer.
VI. Precautions
- When operating XK-501 bactericide, please wear protection equipment to avoid its splashing into your eyes
or on your skin. - It shall be stored in a shady and cool place away from alkaline substances or reducing metals like iron and aluminium.
- This product has a bad stability in alkaline medium with PH>9, so such a usage is not recommended.
VII. Warranty period
- This product shall be kept out of sun and in ambient temperature. Its warranty period is 6 months.
